General Practitioners

Our Healthcare team operates a full Medical Clinic providing safe, high quality and effective health care services that address the holistic (physical, social, psychological and spiritual) needs of our patients. 

The opportunity

We have a need for a part-time General Practitioner interested in providing face to face patient care, clinical diagnosis, investigation, treatment and ongoing management of patients from marginalised backgrounds.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including other GPs and Nurses, you will be based in our Medical Clinic located in Ashfield.

Currently the work schedule would be Wednesday and / or Friday – 9am to 3pm, but if you can only do 1/2 days we’d still really love to hear from you.

You will

• be a fully registered as a medical practitioner with AHPRA and have experience as a Medical Registrar, General Practitioner and / or with specialty interest
• have the ability to apply theoretical knowledge and experience in determining the appropriate clinical diagnosis, investigations and treatment of patients in line with clinical risk and compliance frameworks
• relate well with people of all interests, background and abilities and be committed to delivering holistic care to our patients
• have a Medicare provider number
