We have a special duty of care to our guests, many of whom suffer chronic health conditions. So we have a healthy eating policy and we comply with international food safety standards. This means we are unable to accept certain donations.
We are fully accredited with HACCP certification (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points). HACCP certification is recognised internationally as the best method of food risk management. This means we are unable to accept fresh food from the public. However, we do gratefully accept the below non-perishable goods.
Items with a green tick will be gratefully accepted. Items with a red cross can’t be accepted.
