Rev. Bill Crews AM is a much-loved Australian. He is founder of The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation. Over the past 30 years he has given over 3-million meals to the poor and homeless, and he helps break the poverty-cycle by teaching underprivileged kids to read. Rev. Crews has been awarded The Rotary Foundation International Award “Paul Harris Fellow”. He has been voted Father of the Year and Humanitarian of the Year. In 1999 Rev. Crews was awarded an Order of Australia (AM) for his services to the disadvantaged and his work with homeless youth. Rev. Crews has also been included in the National Trust’s list of 100 “National Living Treasures”.  In 2006 Rev. Crews was awarded the “Ernst & Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year” award in recognition of his world-class leadership and innovation in social programs. In addition he has been named as one of Australia’s 100 most influential people.  Rev. Bill Crews has broadcast his top-rating Sunday night radio program since 2002. Today it is heard across the Nine Radio Network in Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and regional stations.
